Before you order.
Is installation included in R3,299?
Yes, standard installation is included in the listed service areas. Pressure correction, additional treatment, unusual plumbing or difficult access may need a separate quote.
Can it run on borehole water?
A borehole source must be assessed first. Iron, manganese, hardness, sediment and microbiological risks can require treatment before a domestic RO unit.
Does RO produce reject water?
Yes. Reverse osmosis produces a reject-water stream. The ratio depends on pressure, the membrane, water quality and system condition.
What does maintenance involve?
Sediment and carbon filters need replacement, and the membrane is also a service item. Ask HydroGrid for current service pricing and the interval appropriate to your feed water and usage.
How does payment work?
Submit the order form to receive an order reference and EFT details immediately. The order is unpaid until HydroGrid confirms receipt of funds. Creating an invoice is not payment.
What about warranty and returns?
Contact sales@hydrogrid.co.za for the supplied model’s warranty and the applicable return process before buying. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, retain the packaging and contact HydroGrid promptly. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
