Made for everyday life

A small change at the sink.

01 / EVERYDAY USE

A better kitchen routine

Filtered municipal water where you prepare meals, fill the kettle and make your morning coffee.

02 / TWO STAGES

Simple, useful filtration

Sediment filtration helps trap particles. Activated carbon helps reduce chlorine taste and odour.

03 / SIMPLE FIT CHECK

Know before you buy

If the little round end of your tap screws off, your tap may suit the supplied connection. If you are unsure, send us a photo first.

Know what you are buying

First, check the end of your tap.

The R1,200 price is for the DIY supply-only package. Installation is not included. The easiest first check is whether the small round end where the water comes out can be unscrewed. Unusual adapters or plumbing changes are not included.

For already-potable municipal water. This is not a disinfection system and does not make unsafe water safe to drink.

  • Two-stage countertop filter unit
  • First sediment and activated-carbon cartridge set
  • Connection kit supplied with the published package
  • Delivery charge confirmed before payment
  • HydroGrid support for setup questions

30-second tap check

Will it fit my kitchen tap?

Look at the small round piece at the very end of your tap — where the water comes out.

If that little piece screws off, your tap may be suitable for the connection supplied with the filter. A plumber or Google will usually call that piece a tap aerator.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you order.

Is installation included?

No. This R1,200 kitchen filter is a DIY supply-only offer. Delivery is confirmed separately before payment. Unusual adapters and plumbing alterations are excluded.

Will it fit every tap?

No. The easiest first check is the small round piece where the water comes out. If it screws off, the tap may be suitable. That piece is commonly called a tap aerator. If your tap pulls out, has a spray head, sensor, square outlet or you are simply unsure, send us a photo before paying.

Does it remove bacteria?

This two-stage filter is not a microbiological disinfection system. Use it only with already-potable municipal water. It also does not perform the dissolved-salt reduction of reverse osmosis.

When do I replace the filters?

Cartridges are consumables. Replacement depends on the supplied cartridge specifications, usage and water quality. Contact HydroGrid for the correct replacement set, current price and recommended interval.

How does payment work?

Send your order and delivery details first. HydroGrid confirms the delivery charge and final payable total before you pay. After verified payment, the order can move to dispatch.

What about warranty and returns?

Contact sales@hydrogrid.co.za for the supplied model’s warranty and the applicable return process before buying. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, retain the packaging and contact HydroGrid promptly. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
