Small products

The kitchen water filter is R1,200, DIY supply only. Installation is excluded and tap compatibility must be checked. Delivery charges and the final payable total are confirmed before payment.

The domestic RO package is R3,299 including standard installation in the listed service areas. Non-standard work, access requirements and areas outside the published offer must be confirmed with the team.

Water testing

Testing is prepaid. Packages are priced per sample. Collection and courier charges are confirmed separately. Ask for sampling instructions before collecting or dispatching samples, particularly for microbiology testing.

Typical turnaround is 10–12 working days from laboratory receipt, subject to the agreed testing scope and laboratory processing.

Project payments

Standard project terms are 70% deposit and 30% on completion, unless your written quotation states otherwise. Your accepted quotation sets the project scope, exclusions and agreed payment milestones.

Payment and fulfilment

Use the payment details on your verified HydroGrid quotation or invoice. Do not transfer funds using details supplied by an unverified message. Delivery or installation dates are confirmed directly; a website enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm payment.

Changes, cancellations or product problems

Contact the team promptly with your order or quotation reference so we can confirm the applicable return, cancellation, warranty or repair process for your product or service.
